SamBright App Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the SamBright App, a business operations platform provided by SamBright (Samudre Solutions, LLC) at app.sambright.com. By accessing or using the SamBright App, you agree to these terms.

The service. The SamBright App provides tools for managing business strategy, tasks, procedures, marketing performance, team roles, and business health metrics, including features powered by third-party data integrations and artificial intelligence. Access is currently provided by invitation as part of a client or partner relationship with SamBright.

Your account and workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Workspace administrators control who has access to their workspace and at what permission level. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app only for lawful business purposes.

Your content and data. You retain ownership of all content and data you enter into the SamBright App. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and back up that content in order to operate the service. Our collection and use of information, including data accessed from connected Google accounts, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party integrations. The app can connect to third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads) with your authorization. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services, and disconnecting an integration may disable related features.

AI-generated content. Some features generate content or analysis using artificial intelligence, including drafts, summaries, recommendations, and reports. AI outputs may contain errors and are provided as drafts and decision support, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

Acceptable use. You may not attempt to access other workspaces' data, interfere with the operation or security of the service, reverse engineer the app, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the service.

Availability and changes. The SamBright App is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and while we work to keep the service available and your data safe, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samudre Solutions, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the SamBright App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with notice where practicable.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
